Our Story
When I purchased my first home I felt as if I was told what to do not helped along the way. There was no explanation as to why forms needed to be signed, I was just told sign here. This was an overwhelming experience and I felt inadequate. At that time I decided that if I could ever help someone make such an important decision as this one is, that I would not only help them accomplish it but teach them as well. Our goal at Orlando’s Finest Realty is that our clients are equipped with the knowledge to make decisions with confidence about the buying or selling a home, investment property or commercial space.

Dr. Maria is passionate about helping people, whether it is teaching, counseling or buying a home. Teaching can happen in many ways and in any place. She loves to share and enjoys creating “aha” moments for all those she comes in contact with. She loves to travel, has visited many countries in Europe, Asia and the Caribbean. She is an avid reader and tries to run as many 5k’s as possible. She just completed her first half marathon.

I’ve helped purchase and sell about 3.5 million dollars of property in the last two years, received sales awards, and grown my business’s metrics each year….but the number I focus on every day is the exact number of happy clients I’ve helped achieve their real estate goals.
Prior to real estate, I spent the first part of my career raising money for arts organizations. A huge part of my job included creating personal relationships with donors, so a transition into becoming a real estate agent came naturally. My career in real estate began with my own interest in real estate investment properties, and it snowballed from there into helping many more on my way to becoming a top-producing agent in Virginia and Florida.
Like everyone who falls hard for Orlando, I am a total theme park enthusiast. When I’m not hustling houses, you’ll find me at one of the Disney World or Universal Studios parks. It’s easy to sell something when you have an absurd passion for the area. It’s why many of my out-of-town clients get an itinerary to explore as many parks, restaurants, beaches, and historic sites as they do neighborhoods and houses. Along with my husband and my two kids, I spend most of my free time reinforcing all the reasons Orlando, FL is home!

I moved to Florida in 2005, I love the sunshine state, the beautiful sunsets, sun rises and our beaches!! My passion for real estate started when I volunteered at a local office where I grew up in NYC. Real-estate took a back burner when I became a mother of 3 beautiful kids. While enjoying their busy schedules taking me here and there with school, extra-curricular activities, music/theater performances, school trips and all that while working a full-time job, there was no time for anything else.
Now that my kids are grown and away to college and in the work field, I have decided to revisit the journey and obtained my real estate license. My passion is still in real estate investment properties and property renovations. I am knowledgeable of our community from living and working here for the past 18 years, I have traveled throughout the state and have acquired knowledge which will help me serve you better. I have a bachelor’s degree in business administration and now working on a master’s degree.
I have proven to be resilient no matter where I am, I have the urge for growth and am so excited to share this with you!! On my free time I travel, enjoy dining out but absolutely love hosting with my husband, our friends and family. I am a lifelong learner and seek to educate myself for personal and professional growth, in addition, I enjoy sharing what I learn with my friends and family. Volunteering in the community is important to me, always ready for the next adventure.
